Caroline moved from London where her last job was the manager of a SPA, but she has also previous chip shop experience. She joined John Dory’s Ballygowan Road in 2012 in the position of a Fryer. Caroline enjoys the flexibility of shifts at John Dory’s because it allows her lot’s time to reconnect with family here and she gets to enjoy exploring Northern Ireland. Our Fryers are the people who produce top quality food in a busy, fast paced environment. You must be confident, well organised and able to cope under pressure in this role. Our Fryers are offered courses in, Health and Hygiene, Safe Catering, Batter Making, Frying Skills and Best Practice Methods to name but a few.
