Erica is a new recruit to John Dory’s King’s Square. She enjoys working with the public but told us that she is ambitious and would like to progress her career and be given the chance to advance through the company. John Dory’s immediately offered Erica a Job Related N.V.Q course in order to help her realise her dream. She is currently working hard on this and her journey has begun.
Counter Assistants are the face of John Dory’s, They are the first point of contact for our customers. Customer service is at the core of our business. It’s the first step in the training process for any new John Dory’s employee. We offer support in learning how to develop communication, cash- handling and a high standard of customer service skills. You can gain accredited training in Basic Health and Hygiene and we offer N.V.Q training and other job related courses.
